Cancer is approaching 50% mark in our country, which means that almost every other Canadian will have some type of cancer in their life span. I personally find this news extremely disturbing and frightening. However, cancer diagnosis does not have to be a death sentence. Science has provided us with new, cutting-edge tools that not only can accurately detect the disease better and earlier than before, but can also help you manage it so that you can live longer and experience a better quality of life.
These are the facts about cancer:
• Cancer is a disease of the whole body, not just the organ where the tumor is located
• It takes ten to twelve years on average for a single cancer cell to eventually multiply to the point, where it becomes a full-grown tumor in the body. This means you often have a lot of time to eliminate the things that are causing cancer, if you catch it in the early stages.
• We all have 75 million cancer cells in our body at any given time and we form about 10 thousand new cancer cells a day but as long as our immune system is working well we are able to keep cancer, mutated cells from growing into cancer tumor or disease.
• 75% of cancers are caused by toxins, 20% by chronic inflammation and only 5% by bad genes.
• Toxins that are causing majority of mutation of our healthy cells into cancer cells are contained in food we eat, water we drink (read my article top water and what we drink), chemical products around us, polluted air we breathe, excessive stress we expose ourselves to and electro-magnetic fields we are exposed to: Wi-Fi, microwave, radio frequency, computers, TVs, cell phones, electrical wiring to mention few.
• Chronic inflammations, including gum disease and sometimes symptomless, yet infected teeth, chronic inflammations of digestive system often caused by today food among other inflammations or infections are crippling our already strained immune system allowing cancer cells to grow.
• Toxins, as well as a chronic infection, are changing our body’s pH from neutral to acidic and disrupting well balanced bacterial, fungal, parasite and viral flora that keeps us healthy. Usually overgrown candida, along with parasites and acidic environment, creates a perfect environment for cancer growth.
• Such factors as diet, detoxification, exercise, nutritional supplements, stress management, sleep, and resolving emotional conflicts can, in some cases, trump any genetic predisposition to cancer. This means that your destiny doesn’t have to be determined by your genes.
• Certain symptoms can sometimes serve as small physical clues that cancer might be present in your body: failing eyesight, an attack of serious indigestion, chronic fatigue, brain fog, hernia, muscle pains. If you have all or many of the symptoms it is a good indication to test yourself for cancer.
• There are number of laboratory blood tests and Bioenergetic tests, including the Cyber Scan, we can do to verify if we have a big chance to develop cancer or detect it in early stage that may be reversed.
• If tumor already developed, has been removed or to prevent cancer we need to make our body environment hostile towards cancer cells if we don’t want the cancer to grow or come back.
• Eating organic none genetically modified food, drinking filtered water, eliminating toxic exposure, protecting ourselves from electro-magnetic fields that mutate our cells, lowering level of our stress by daily physical activity, yoga, meditation among few.
• Elimination of toxins from our body including silver fillings that contain carcinogenic mercury will create the environment that is not inviting to cancer. Be aware that in order to detoxify you must first prepare all your organs of excretion to eliminate toxins otherwise you redistribute toxins from one part of your body to other (read my article Detoxification).
• Changing our diet into none carcinogenic type diet.
• Supplementing your body with anticancer supplements along with vitamins and minerals your body needs to stay healthy and pH neutral.
• Chemotherapy, radiation and surgery also have their place in cancer treatment, but they are not enough, because regardless of the healing approach you decide to take—whether conventional or integrative—you still need to support your body before, during, and after cancer treatment. That means doing things like providing it with the nutrition it needs; detoxifying it from environmental pollutants; and protecting it against some of the harmful effects that chemotherapy, radiation, and other harsh treatments unfortunately can impose. It also means addressing all of the cancer’s survival mechanisms, as well as all of your body’s functional imbalances, which conventional treatment alone cannot do. For instance, you might have low thyroid function, or inflammation, or high blood sugar, or a liver detoxification problem—all of which you would need to treat, along with the cancer, if you wanted to be well. You need to change your internal environment so that it becomes an inhospitable place for the cancer and it has a harder time surviving in your body.
• There are groundbreaking new cancer treatments in integrative medicine that are gentler than what’s found in conventional medicine, and which are unlikely to cause terrible side effects, such as vomiting, hair loss, and fatigue. These treatments are useful, no matter what stage or type of cancer you have, and some can be used even if you just want to prevent cancer.
• Regardless of all new cancer treatments the ultimate success lays in your hands changing your body from cancer inviting to hostile environment.
All the above and much more can effectively prevent or eliminate cancer
